New Construction
Needing a new meter or sewer installation? Find the application here.
Standard 3/4" meter installation (residential): $1600 ($1850 for commercial)
Standard sewer installation (residential): $1500 ($1750 for commerical)
Reminder: All new constructions will have to call personally to receive their first garbage can.
Completed, signed forms may be returned in person or via drop box at the office or mailed.
If requesting to pay service connection fee online, please allow ample time for account setup to be completed.

Garbage / Trash Cans
Note: While Southside Water Works and Sewer Board collects payment for garbage services, all garbage concerns will be directed to Southside City Hall @ (256)442-9770 ext. 124.
All new constructions will have to call personally to receive their first garbage can.
